Big-FAKE-faker
How do you respond when someone gives you a compliment?
Do you smile, say thank you, and feel proud that your hard work has positively impacted someone and they’re grateful for you?
Orrrrr…..
Do you feel all sorts of weirdness inside and you don’t know what to say so you put on an awkward smile and give it your best go at some self-deprecating humor… just to show that you’re humble.
Or maybe you feel like a big-FAKE-faker and it is only a matter of time until everyone finds out that you’re a fraud and you have no business doing whatever it is you do.
If any of that sounds familiar, I know how you feel.
Over my fifteen-year career as a test engineer, I lined my office walls with accolades from everyone from the US Military to NASA.
That might sound impressive, but guess what…

I DID NOT BELIEVE I DESERVED A SINGLE ONE.
I did not even know that how I had felt (for most of my life) had a name.
It is Imposter Syndrome.
Whether you’re new to uncovering Imposter Syndrome, or it is something that you’re ready to begin learning more about and learning how to reduce its effects.
In this course, I will discuss:
- What is Imposter Syndrome
- What causes it
- What are the costs
- How to change
It’s not a quick fix and it takes work. But like most things that take time and effort, I promise you it is worth it.

Positive Change is Possible
Imposter Syndrome robs us of the joy of our accomplishments and prevents us from living up to our full potential. It does not discriminate. It can affect anyone of any background. In fact, it disproportionately affects high-achievers.
The mental anguish Imposter Syndrome can cause prevents us from serving others as fully and deeply as we are able. Also, it just plain makes us feel like crap, which is not fun.
Let me be your guide and help you begin believing the incredible things people say about you so you can serve others as you were made to.
It is possible to believe the beautiful things people say about you and the accolades you have received.
Positive Change is Possible and it starts here.
