We entirely understand that life happens and it may derail your schedule, routine, or habit. If you are not using the site or you no longer need your membership, please note that you can cancel at any time and that refunds will not be given for non-activity after the times stated above. But, what if you are still not satisfied with your purchase? Exchanges and/or Refunds.
We accept returns or exchanges if your order was damaged in shipment or if you received the incorrect product. We have had thousands of attendees without any issues. All classes and workshops must be prepaid. We cannot offer you a refund on a live event ticket you have purchased. This means all live class, workshop, retreat, or event ticket sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. At your own risk, you may replace yourself by selling or gifting your ticket. Also, PP is not (and cannot be) responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
