Nikki Naab-Levy is a Tacoma, Washington-based Pilates instructor and massage therapist with a background in journalism and exercise science.
Her decade of experience in the fitness helping people build strength, improve mobility and overcome injury has set her up to help people feel really effin' good.
Her original approach to fitness – aka beat the crap out of yourself – left her so debilitated by pain that even though the thought of slowing down gave me hives, so she ditched the extreme behavior and discovered that info in the exercise science textbooks were right... When you combine moderation with thoughtful application, you stop getting hurt and start getting results.
