Born in Porto, Portugal, Miguel is the Founder and Director of Unopilates School, with locations in Algarve (Lagos) and Zurich (https://unopilatesschool.com/), and is the owner of Uno Pilates Studio (https://uno-pilates-studio.business.site/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=referral) in Algarve (Lagos), Portugal.
In 2015 he was one of 12 selected to enter the highly regarded certification program “The Work” at Vintage Pilates Studio under the mentorship of Jay Grimes himself, completed in 2016.
When he’s not teaching for his school or working in his studio, Miguel can be found as a guest lecturer for conferences and workshops around the world.
