The course

The 21st Century Pilates Gym

You only have so many hours in the day, what if you could half your hours & double your income? What if you could double your productivity & eliminate the dependency of your clients? Creating your own Pilates Gym even with as few as 3 items of apparatus can do this for you.

The Pilates Gym offers a tailor-made program of exercises that provides the feeling of a private session while in a small group of 3 or 4 & gives the client autonomy. The Pilates Gym is where teachers get to teach more deeply, help clients explore the nuances of the exercises & provide a safe environment for clients to boldly reach their goals more efficiently & quickly.

In this course, you will learn how to create, sell & serve the Pilates Gym & why would you want to do this.
