But, what if you are still not satisfied with your purchase? We’ll give you your money back no-questions-asked (minus the fees that Stripe takes from the transaction) within 30 days of your purchase, provided that you have NOT opened your purchase and we could resell it to someone else without any weird feelings about it. This means that the plastic wrap around the product is still in place. Otherwise, please note that all sales are final.

Exchanges and/or Refunds.
We accept returns or exchanges if your order was damaged in shipment or if you received the incorrect product. Please make sure you chat to us within 30 days of your purchase and include photos of the shipping damages or the incorrect item for the exchange. We have had thousands of attendees without any issues. All classes and workshops must be prepaid. We cannot offer you a refund on a live event ticket you have purchased. This means all live class, workshop, retreat, or event ticket sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
