Her diverse background spans industries from ski areas and veterinary hospitals to Silicon Valley tech companies, allowing her to understand that no two employees are the same and to craft tailored solutions that support both teams and leaders effectively. RyanMae holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is committed to staying current with compliance requirements, legal changes, and employee best practices by attending workshops, conferences, and yearly continuing education programs. Her comprehensive operational skill set covers payroll, benefits, the employee life cycle, workplace culture, and fostering healthy work environments. Outside of her professional life, RyanMae is an avid traveler and a concert enthusiast, attending 50-60 shows a year with her husband. Based in the Bay Area, she is a proud cat mom to two rescues and enjoys red wine, reading, and knitting. She volunteers at her local library and is passionate about second chance hiring, skills-based hires, and promoting non-traditional workplaces.
