For example, you could sign up today for an annal membership and cancel it 9 months in, and you would still be able to access class for those last 3 months – although your membership would not renew automatically after your final billing cycle unless you sign back up, which you can do at any time.

Exchanges and/or Refunds.
We accept returns or exchanges if your order was damaged in shipment or if you received the incorrect product. Please make sure you chat to us within 30 days of your purchase and include photos of the shipping damages or the incorrect item for the exchange. If we are out of inventory and cannot make the exchange we will issue you a refund.

What about the shipping fees?
If you are returning an unopened product within the time frame outlined above, we will refund you the cost of the product minus the shipping cost to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Snail mail is totally fine. If your product was damaged when you received it and we are replacing it, you won’t have to worry about the shipping fees.
