Cover Your Ass(ets)

Join fitness business coach and attorney Danielle as she breaks down the important legal, liability, and operational contracts and procedures that ALL fitness businesses must have in place for your physical or online studio.

The description

The goal of this course is to provide you, a trainer, instructor, and owner, with the information and tools you really need to cover your ass and cover your assets. This no-nonsense, comprehensive course is going to break down your business from the entity itself, how you’re running it, how you’re handling money, and what hiccups (landmines) to look out for.

My goal in our time together is for you to understand:

• What is this “liability” everyone talks about, how does it really relate to you, and why you should care?
• How you can protect yourself and your business, aka, how to limit your liability.
• What to do with all of that money: how to invoice clients and accept payment, pay yourself, pay your workers, manage revenues and maximize tax incentives.
• What about all of the Agreements you hear about: which ones do you need, and what should they say?

So if you’re ready to cover your ass(ets), let’s get started with this course!
