PRO Teams will allow you to bring your operations or marketing persons into Agency!
Someone you rely on to execute tasks that you no longer want to be the details person on.
For example, many Agency PRO members have told us they feel like a relay person with the expert advise they receive from Agency in that they watch a webinar and then have to pass the information along to someone else on their team who will execute the strategy or task. PRO Teams will allow you to invite them directly into Slack, your webinars, even your coaching calls if you choose.
Some example team members you might invite could include:
a. 6 calls in one annual billing cycle (2 more calls than a PRO Membership). Maximum of 2 calls per Quarter. For example, to fulfill your 6 calls you could book: one (1) in Q1, two (2) in Q2, one (1) in Q3, and two (2) in Q4, totaling six (6) calls.
b. Only the primary account holder (PRO member) can book the calls, not the Team Member.
c. Team Members may sit in on the coaching calls or attend independently if the PRO Member cannot. The PRO Member is responsible for sharing the booking link with Team Members.
d. Calls follow the same Agency Coach booking restrictions as PRO Memberships. Meaning, you can book with Brad or Lesley for as many of the 6 calls as you want. You can book one quarterly call with any of our Team Coaches 1x per year.
– You can of course book extra calls with our team and get 20% off the coaching call fee.
a. All three (3) persons will have access to Agency Slack. Each person must go through Agency MINI Slack for training, then move into our main Agency Slack.
b. Only the PRO Member account holder will have access to the #agency-pro channel.
c. Team Members will have access to #agency-pro-team channel to receive the PRO Only Group Call links and replays.

What happens if I haven’t been using my membership and want a refund?
We entirely understand that life happens and it may derail your schedule, routine, or habit. If you are not using the site or you no longer need your membership, please note that you can cancel at any time and that refunds will not be given for non-activity after the times stated above. It’s super easy to cancel your membership through your dashboard – just click the Subscriptions icon.
How do membership cancellations work?
You can cancel your membership at any time and still keep your access to our coaching program through the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, you could sign up today for an annal membership and cancel it 9 months in, and you would still be able to access class for those last 3 months – although your membership would not renew automatically after your final billing cycle unless you sign back up, which you can do at any time.

But, what if you are still not satisfied with your purchase? This means that the plastic wrap around the product is still in place. Otherwise, please note that all sales are final.
Exchanges and/or Refunds.
We accept returns or exchanges if your order was damaged in shipment or if you received the incorrect product. Please make sure you chat to us within 30 days of your purchase and include photos of the shipping damages or the incorrect item for the exchange. If we are out of inventory and cannot make the exchange we will issue you a refund.

Look… we are super confident that you will love your in-person event experience. We have spent years touring the world cultivating and hosting events, classes, workshops, retreats, and more. We have had thousands of attendees without any issues. All classes and workshops must be prepaid. We cannot offer you a refund on a live event ticket you have purchased. This means all live class, workshop, retreat, or event ticket sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. At your own risk, you may replace yourself by selling or gifting your ticket. Also, PP is not (and cannot be) responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
