Expert Pilates Instructor
Nicole Martin is a Pilates teacher and avid movement proponent. Growing up with horses in Montana and hiking and snowboarding in Colorado, she dove into yoga while in NYC, then surfing in California.
While working for lululemon she began taking Pilates classes and found herself continuing to take Pilates after she moved, eventually completing a comprehensive certification in 2008 and began teaching.
Nicole opened a studio in Oakland, CA and went on to train with Jay Grimes, Sandy Shimoda, and Karen Frischmann before moving to San Diego. From her new studio she offers in-person sessions and virtual one-on-ones, working with athletes, other Pilates instructors, those recovering from injuries, expecting/new moms, and those that just want a really great workout.
