Recently I launched a product and during the launch, I could tell that things were slowing down. We had exhausted all the avenues we planned. I was trying to figure out how I could keep things going. I was at a plateau…
And, here’s the thing, plateau’s happen. You’ll be working on your goal and it can be exciting at first and then it gets to the part where it’s work, it’s the unknown it’s hard. And, you’ll start to think you need to do MORE. And, what we all tend to do is do more of what we are already doing. But, making something happen is not always about doing more of the same it’s often about figuring out what you’re not doing.
What else can you do? What are you Not Doing?
This week, instead of doing more of what you’ve been doing try to do something you’re not doing.
