Coaching Pilates Instructors

Subscribe to Stay in the Loop!

Since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of coaching Pilates instructors on how to successfully start their businesses as well as consulting with studio owners on how to enhance their current offerings. I’m always trying to think of the resources that Pilates instructors and studio owners like you need, and then I set out to create them.

That’s why I created the Profitable Pilates YouTube channel and filled it with helpful videos that demonstrate safe and proper techniques for performing (and enjoying!) a variety of mat- and equipment-based Pilates exercises: from Teaser to Stomach Massage, to Russian Splits, Knee Stretches, and so much more.

I know how busy you are! That’s why each video is short, sweet, and to the point, so you can get what you need, get back to your business, and get back to living your life!

Quick Sample

Here’s a quick sampling of what you’ll find on my channel:

2015 video: I had the privilege of being a top 10 finalist twice! In this video I compiled for the competition, I take you through six reformer-based moves (Pull Straps, Backstroke, Teaser, Semi-Circle, and Kneeling Chest Expansion).

Back Bend After Thigh Stretch on the Reformer: This video demonstrates an advanced move, so please wait until your back is ready! (P.S. After mastering this exercise, enjoy your well-deserved Child’s Pose.).

Subscribe to my YouTube channel today to stay in the loop on new videos of exercises, as well as business tips that I share.

Let me know if there is a resource you need but cannot find on my channel. If there’s not a video for it yet, chances are that I’m currently working on creating it!
